Position		:	Machinist (Conventional)
Certificates		:	DIPLOMA HOLDER, from technical collage, machine shop technology
Experience		:	More then 5Years in similar job or activity
	Good experience in operating conventional machines such as, Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Honing, Bending Press and shearing machine.
	Good knowledge in deferent process and operation of the machine for proper utilization.
	Good experience of measuring instrument such as Micrometer, Caliper, Vernier Caliper, Bore gauges and Hardness testers.
	With welding knowledge is an advantage.
	Good knowledge in production type of machining. SALARY SR 1200 + 300 FOOD ALLOWNCE + OVERTIME.



POSITION		:	Hydraulic Technician
CERTIFICATES		:	Diploma in mechanical engineering with hydraulic background.
EXPERIENCE		:
SKILLS		:	Pumps, motors, Power Packs control valves, heavy equipment. Industrial Hydraulic machines.
1	Experience in Reading Hydraulic Circuits Diagrams.
2	Submitting Inspection, Test and other reports.
3	Operations of mobile equipment.
4	Calculating the flow and pressure of the Hydraulic Pumps.

KNOWLEDGE:

1. Repairing of hydraulic Pumps, Motors, Valves, Trouble shooting of heavy Equipment and Industrial Hydraulics.

2. Reading and making hydraulic drawing and circuits.

1. TESTING, INSPECTION ASSEMBLEY (REPAIR) OF HYDRAULICS  

    PUMPS AND MOTORS AND CONTROL VALVES OF FOLLOWING   

    MAKES MAINLY:

   

     A– HYDROMATIC REXROTH

     B– SAUER DANFOSS

     C– KAWASAKI

     D– COMMERCIAL

     E– ALL TYPES OF GEAR PUMPS AND MOTORS

     F–  EATON VICKERS

     G– CATERPILLER

     H– DENISON

     I–   LINDE

2. REMOVING & FIXING HYDRAULICS PUMPS MOTOR & VALVES

    FROM THE MOBILE EQUIPMENT & INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT.

3. TROUBLESHOOTING OF HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS FOR MOBILE &

     INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT.

1. ASSEMBLY & REPAIR OF HYDRAULIC POWER PACKS UNIT.

JOB DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Position	:	Production Engineer
Report to	:	Operations Manager
Section/Dept	:	Production
Certificates	:	BE in Industrial Production / Mechanical
Experience	:	3 to 5 years.
Skills	:	Production Planning, Supervising the work, Production methods.

 

General:

 

Monitor employees' work levels & review work performance of production.. Knowledge of welding, metal fabrication, shearing and bending is highly preferred. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Quality Improvement programs, safety teamwork.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITIES:

 

1.  Maintains production schedules. Plans and assigns work.

2.  Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in two or more metal manufacturing processes,          such as machining, metal forming, assembling, and welding, applying knowledge of processes involved,             production methods, and products

3.      Trains employees in work methods and procedure. Inspects products to verify conformance to                             specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines

4.      To make production/process/product planning, evaluation, analysis, costing, time & motion study etc.

5.      Prepared flow charts related to the process and products or projects.

6.      Able to read the drawings and complete the job.

7.      To use the tools like micrometers, gauges, etc in order to take follow the initial inspection.

8.      Provides the technical support.

9.      After receiving the Job order preparing the bill of Materials and forward it to the fabricators and request              the material to the stores as per the requirement of the project or job.

10.  Getting involved in the new developments and updating the products to meet the requirements of the                 customer.

11.  For Maintenance jobs after receiving the file initial inspection of the job like cylinders, pumps and motors            and giving inspection report to the coordinator,

12.  After approval the maintenance job must be carried out

13.  Follow up with the purchasing, stores and Logistics departments for the proper and effective flow of                    material and products at per the schedules.

14.  Manage manpower effectively to enhance quality and meet delivery schedules.

15.  Report the management or superiors on daily and weekly basis on project progress details.

16.  Prepare job description and apply them effectively to enhance co-ordination of processes.

 

Computer Knowledge:

 

1. Knowledge of MS Office, e-mail and internet, AutoCAD, CNC programming.

SALARY SR 3500 + 3 BASIC FOR ACCOMMODATION.
